| 摘 要： | 对比今年的资本和金融项目可以发现，近几年此项目的顺差是逐渐减少的，这主要是由于我国的对外直接投资和证券投资不断增加造成的。近年来我国提倡一些有国际竞争力的企业“走出去”，在国外建立自己的品牌优势；推行QnII与QDII制度，加快了我国的证券市场化的进程等，这些政策的引导使我国的对外投资不断扩大。
