| 摘 要： | 土地财政是我国特有的一种经济现象。它的形成既与我国的经济体制有关，也是中央政府、地方政府、开发商以及居民在土地收益上的博弈结果。用博弈轮的方法来分析各个利益主体的收益函数、战略选择以及利益主体之间的博弈过程。可以揭示土地财政形成的演化过程和必然性。

| Abstract: | Land finance is an economic phenomenon particular in China.It is both a result of Chinese economic system and an outcome of the games centering on the allocation of land interests and profits between the Central Government,local governments,real estates developers and residents.Game-theory-based analyses of the interest parties’ income functions,strategic choices and the gaming process between the parties helps reveal the history and inevitability of land finance development. |
