| 摘 要： | 执政品格是一涉及领域广泛且含义非常丰富的范畴,把握这一范畴应遵循从抽象上升到具体的方法。执政品格具有形成的实践性、对权力的依附性、内容的丰富性和表现的整体性四个特征。执政品格存在着复杂的结构,从形成执政品格的机制上可把执政品格分为执政的理论品格、价值品格和践行品格三个大的层次。

| Abstract: | Ruling moral is an extensive and suggestive category which should be understood through an approach from abstract to concrete dimensions.Ruling moral is characterized in its practice-derivation’ power-reliance’ rich connotation and overall expression.Ruling moral is complicate in structure.By mechanism of formation it may be classified into three sub-morals: theoretical’ value and practical. |
