| 摘 要： | 从对大学“学科”和“学科建设”的含义的认知开始，讨论了大学学科的功能和作用、“人”、“物”等学术能力的构建和学科设置、结构等大学学科建设中的基本要素，分析了大学学科特色的形成背景和大学学科与专业的区别，提出了大学行政权利与学术权利之间关系的问题，以此引为我国大学学科建设和学科发展的思考。

| Abstract: | Starting with the understanding of discipline and discipline construction at the tertiary institutions,the paper discusses the fundamental elements in discipline construction at the tertiary institutions such as the function of the university disciplines,the development of the academic capacity in terms of manpower and the infrastructure,and the setting-up and structure of the disciplines.It also analyzes the formation of the characteristic disciplines and the difference between disciplines and specialties.... |
