Tracing the Passion of Li He's Poem

The present paper discusses about the poet, Li He's internal passion under the cover of his "bleak flowery" style. However, with a study of this style, it is possible to find out that his bleakness is mostly due to his great passion, his sentimental attachment and his publicized individuality. This constitutes his drive for literary creation. The writer of this paper points out that Li He's psychological background and internal desires for writing are revealed through the following three aspects: his depression from being neglected, his worries about and indignation against the society, and his puzzlement over life and death.
