我国少数民族人权的国内法与国际法保护

联合国建立以后,保护少数民族权利的问题,受到国际社会的高度重视,越来越多的国际人权文件对包括少数民族在内的各项权利和自由作出规定,但这些国际文件都不能普遍适用于全世界的少数民族的不同情况。我国是一个多民族的国家,一向重视保护少数民族的人权,国家在不违背国际义务的情况下,结合我国实际,在宪法和其他法律、法规中对保护少数民族权利作了具体规定,使我国少数民族的人权得到真正保障。

On Protection of the Internal Law of Human Rights of our Minority Peoples and the International Law

Since the establishment of the United Nations,Protection of minority peoples;rights has been paid much attention to from the international societies,and more and more documents of international human rights have regulated various rights and freedom of minority peoples,however,these documents cannot suit to all the minority peoples throughout the world.Ours is a multi-people country and has always attached great importance to human rights of the minority peoples,and on the basis of not violating the international obligation,combining our reality, has made concrete rules to protect the minority peoples' rights and guarantee their legal rights.
