摘    要:完全学分制是一种具有明显优越性的教学管理制度,推行完全学分制对高校的发展、人才的培养具有重要意义,已成为国内高校教学改革的热点。实行完全学分制是一项复杂的系统工程,高校需要进行多方面的改革,要加强领导、大胆探索、稳步推进,使完全学分制得以顺利实施。

Abstract:The full credit system is a good teaching management system. The promotion of this system in China is of momentous significance for the development of institutions of higher learning and the production of talents and has become a focal point of the reforms in colleges and universities. However, to implement it is a complex systematic project and in order to carry it out successfully, the leadership should be strengthened greatly, new ideas and methods explored boldly and plans advanced steadily.
