| 摘 要： | 道家思想引领了汉初的过秦思潮,继而取代法家成为西汉初年主导的治国理念。其积极的理论探索和实践为汉帝国的社会经济发展有所贡献,但也表现出与君主专制集权的加强和神化的诸多不相适应性。

| Abstract: | The Taoism theory,leading the ideological trend of criticizing the Qin Dynasty at the beginning of Han Dynasty,substitutes for the Faism theory and becomes the leading polictical idea subsequently in the Western Han Dynasty.Its positive exploration and practice have contribution to the social economic development in Han Emipire,but many incompatibilities with the strengthening of the absolute monarchial power deifting are existed. |
