| 摘 要： | 本文从剖析当前法学课程案例教学中出现的弊端出发 ,主张以平衡性认知理论对之进行改造和重塑 ,力求处理好案例教学与“双基”知识系统化、教与学、案例教学与课程考核、课内教学与课外教学等几方面的关系。文中设计了由初识型、巩固型、测试型和研究型四种案例为基本构成的案例教学模式 ,并介绍了一些新的操作方法
