| 摘 要： | 商业秘密的法律保护是我国法学界和司法实践中一个新的课题，商业秘密作为企业的一种无形资产，越来越受到广大企业的重视。本文拟就我国企业商业秘密的法律保护现状及存在的问题，并就我国企业商业秘密法律保护发展对策作一些有益的探讨。
