现代管理思维方式的特点

管理思维方式的变革与科学技术的发展有很大的关系。科学技术通常从三方面影响着管理思维方式的改变。自本世纪中叶以来，现代科学技术革命开始席卷全球，从而极大地改变了这个时代的产业结构和劳动组织，也改变了这个时代管理思维方式的特点。本文试图用自组织理论来分析现代管理思维方式的特点，并指出它是单极性和多极性、封闭性和开放性、优化和非优化、精确和模糊的对立统一。

The Characteristics of the Thinking Mode Modern Management

There is a close relationship between the innovation of managent Thinking mode and the development of science and technology. Science and technology usually influence the alteration of management thinking mode from three aspects. Since the middle of this century the morder revolu- tion of science and technology has swept across the globe and changed the industry structure, the labor organization and the characteristics of the thinking mode of the modern management this age. This paper attempts to analyze the thinking mode of the modern management by applying the selfor- ganization theory, and points out that it is the unity of opposites of single pole and multipole, clo- sure and openness, optimization and non-optimization, accuracy and obscurity.
