| 摘 要： | 在我国现阶段，乡镇企业是农业剩余劳动力转移的主渠道。而要使其主渠道作用得到充分发挥，就要对乡镇企业的发展提出新的思路，即引导乡镇企业的发展与农业产业化、农村城镇化相结合。在这一结合过程中，政府需要提供各项配套措施加以支持。

| Abstract: | In the present period,Township and Village Eterprises (TVEs) are the main path of agri- cultural surplus labor's transfer. To let the role played perfctly,we must put forward a new strategy for the development of TVEs,which is to make a combination between industrialization of agricul- ture, urbanization of the countryside and the development of TVEs. In the combination process, govenment should supply some policies to support it. |
