浅析素质教育推行过程中的理念制约与理念构建

摘    要:素质教育是一种全新理念的教育,与传统的教育方式有根本不同。素质教育的实施关系到中华民族的伟大复兴,但是,在推行素质教育过程却碰到了很大的困难,出现了问题。阻碍素质教育推行的是社会理念和教育理念的双重制约,一是读书学习的目的,二是社会人才使用观的影响。形成这种理念制约的原因有历史原因以及教育评价体制等五个方面。最后认为只有全社会认识到素质教育的重要性,构建全新的理念,才是推行素质教育的根本动力。

Abstract:As a kind of completely new notion,quality education is defferent from the traditional education in nature.Quality education relates to the great renaissance of our nation while coming across huge resistance.It is the double restrictions (the aim of study and the influence from how to apply an educated person) from the traditional educational notion and the social notion that restrict the advancing of the quality education.The reason lies in fives aspects such as historical factor and the system on how to evaluate the education etc.In short,Only when the whole society realize the importance of the quality education and start to construct a completely new social notion whole-heartedly can we carry forward the quality education fundamentally.
