构建与完善中小民营企业融资支持体系的路径

中小企业融资难是一个世界性问题,也是关系到中国民营企业生存和发展的关键性问题。本文在对中小企业融资的国际经验和中国中小民营企业所处的融资环境进行分析的基础上,提出了立足中国国情、借鉴国际经验,构建和完善中小企业融资支持体系,尽快使民营企业摆脱融资困境的现实路径。

Creating and Improving the Approaches to Small and Medium Private Enterprise Financing Support System

It is a difficult problem internationally for small and medium enterprises to finance, and also a key problem for them to survive and develop. On the basis of international experience of financing of small and medium and China's financing environment for them, this paper puts that financing must be rooted in China's situations, borrowing international experience in order to create and improve financing support system and help them coming out of financing troubles.
