| 摘 要： | 高职院校为了实现高技能人才的培养目标,在师资队伍建设中,强调＂双师型＂结构,高度重视专业教师＂双师型＂素质和能力的培养。作为高职院校教师队伍重要组成部分的思想政治理论课教师,也应具备＂双师型＂素质,本文对此进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In teaching team construction of technical colleges, much importance is attached to ＂ training theoretical - practical teachers＂ for the purpose of training socialist constructors with advanced technology. This essay thinks that as an important part of teaching team in technical colleges, the teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course should be practical as well as theoretical. |
