摘    要:近年来,随着大学毕业生人数的激增,就业压力日益增大,一部分大学毕业生出现了就业压力引发的心理危机,据统计,80%以上毕业生出现不同程度的就业恐慌。本文分析了危机出现的成因,并提出了相应的解决心理个性危机的方法和对策。

Abstract:With the graduate proliferation recently and the employment pressure increase,more and more employment psychology individuality crisis occure,such as the anxious sad,pessimistic disappointment,confidence loss and so on.Statistics has indicated that more thon 80% gradates to be panic about the employment.In this paper,the reasons causing the crisis have been analyzed,and then the corresponding solutions and countermeasures to the psychology individuality crisis have been proposed.
