| 摘 要： | 延安艺座谈会的召开，解决了中国共产党长期以来没有艺政策的问题，毛泽东《在延安艺座谈会上的讲话》的发表，标志着中国共产党在长期的战争环境中有了自己的艺政策。笔在读了2000年由香港中大学出版社出版的高华先生的《红太阳是怎样升起的——延安整风运动的来龙去脉》后，认为高所谓的“党化观”和加强个人权力诸说，有失公允，立论偏颇。

| Abstract: | The Yenan forum on literature and art solved literature and art policy of the Communist Party of China. Since the Communist Party of China has been founded, she did not have literature and art policy. Mao Tse Tung's Talks at the Yenan Forum on Literature and Art stands for the found of literature and art policy of the Communist Party of China in the long war environment. The author had different points from Mr. Gao Hua's point in his works How the Red Sun Rise which was published by the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. Some views about several cultural problems are expressed. |
