推进教育公平进程中的政府职责分析

在这个“学习改变命运,教育创新生活”的时代,人们对于教育资源特别是优质教育资源的需求越来越高,社会对教育平等和教育公平问题给予了前所未有的关注。改革开放以来,我国在推进教育公平方面取得了一定的成效,但当前教育不公平问题仍十分突出,教育公平化的进程依然十分艰巨。目前众多的教育不公平问题,最终都可以还原为政策和制度问题。因此,研究和构建教育政策和制度运行的公平机制是从根本上解决教育不公平问题的关键所在。从这个意义说,实现教育公平是政府义不容辞的职责。

A Research into Government Responsibility in the Process of Advancing Educational Equity

"Study changes fate and education create new life". This is the characteristic of our time. And in this time, people's demand for educational resources, especially excellent educational resources become higher and higher. Society has given great attention to educational equality and educational equity. Since the reform and open policy was carried out, certain achievements have been accomplished in advancing educational equity. But the unfair education problem is still very serious at present and the advancing process is still very difficult. Policy and system is the root of these problems. Therefore, to research and construct fair mechanism of education policy and system is the key to solve these problems. In this sense, to realize the educational equity is the obligatory responsibility of government.
