| Abstract: | This paper analyses the economic and financial situation in the present China. The analysis shows that China should practice a measurable monetary policy in the mid term, while this year, the quantity of money supply should be enlarged and an advisable monetary policy must be practised. The background for the interest rate reduction and possible consequences are also given. |
