摘    要:构建Logistic回归模型,并以北京市为例测定其财富逆转移程度.从财富逆转移的角度研究城市贫富差距扩大会导致公共危机的爆发,要素价格扭曲、转移支付体系不健全、市场机会不均、房价等因素直接影响社会财富的逆转移,并进一步扩大城市的贫富差距.结果表明:2013年的财富逆转移程度略大于2008年.政府可以通过降低要素价格的扭曲程度,不断完善税收和转移支付体系,加强就业及促进市场机会均等,控制房价的上涨速度,来减缓财富的逆转移程度.

Abstract:This study built a logistic regression model and determined the degree of transference of wealth by taking Beijing as an example. Research from the perspective of inverse transfer of wealth found urban inequality could lead to outbreaks of public crisis,while distortions of factor price,underdeveloped transfer payment system,uneven market opportunities,prices and other factors directly affected the transference of wealth,and expanded the wealth gap. The result showed that transference of wealth level in 2013 was slightly greater than that in 2008.The Government could reduce the adverse wealth transfer degree by reducing the factor price distortions,improving the tax and transfer system,and strengthening equal opportunities for employment and controlling the rising housing price.
