降解苯酚微生物的分离研究

摘    要:对五株菌种进行不同浓度的含酚废水降酚试验,测定其不同时间段内的降酚率和降酚的速率。本实验所筛选的菌株有较强的降酚能力,提高了降酚的速率,在较短时间内,用不同浓度的含酚量作降酚试验对比这五株菌。降酚率变化不大,可见这五株均有较强的适应冲积负荷变化的能力;通过对比得出在这五株菌中JF-5菌株的降酚效果最好。

Abstract:We take five experiments toward five colonies with different density phenol wastewater, and test their rate of phenol degrading and speed of phenol degrading in different time period. With shorter time and different density to compare, because of the little change, these five bacteria have stronger impact load capability.Through comparing of five bacteria phenol degrading effect, take JF-5 bacteria as advantageous bacteria.
