人本主义心理学与教育改革

教育改革论是人本主义心理学思想的重要组成部分。人本主义心理学主张教育目标应该是促进变化和学习,培养能够适应变化和知道如何学习的人,这就对只注重学科知识教学的传统教育目标提出了挑战。人本主义心理学将学生视为教育的中心,学校为学生而设,教师为学生而教,主张学生中心教育,为我国当前教育改革的研究与实践提供了一些新的观点和一条新的途径。

Humanistic psychology and education reform

A theory on education reform is an important part in psychology ideas on humanistic psychology. It thinks that teaching aimshould reinforce changes and study, foster a person who adpt to changes and know how to study, it will challenge to traditional educationaim. Humanistic psychology will regard the students as a main object of education. College should construct for the students. Teachershould educate that regard students as the centre. It offer some new views and methods for the research and practice for the cducationreform of our country at present.
