摘    要:利用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对3 个品种番茄进行了过氧化物酶同工酶的测定研究,结果表明:番茄的茎和叶之间,及3 个品种番茄之间,在所显示的谱带数量、宽窄及深浅上都有其特异性,说明他们之间存在遗传及生理差异
