温度、PH值对银镜反应的影响

摘    要:本文研究了银镜反应的条件和适应范围,结果表明:若Tolen试剂的PH值大于11时,在加热情况下,用于检验醛类的存在是不可靠的;加碱的Tollen试剂当温度升高时,某些非还原性物质(如酮类等)也易出现假阳性反应。

Abstract:This article discusses the condition of silver mirror reaction and adaptation ement. The results show that when Tollen reagent's PH value is bigger than 11 when heated, it is unreliable to use it to test the enistence of aldehyde. And some non-real positive reaction exists in some non-reducing substance when Tollen reagent with alkali is heated.
