| 摘 要： | 利益的内涵是人们对现实与未来"好处"的追求,利益诉求在经济发展的初期是以物质利益为主导的,随着社会的发展,对精神利益的追求愈发重要,并成为时代的特征。然而,现实中的利益调整绝大部分仍停留在单纯的物质利益上面,在精神利益调整方面没有深入展开。本文从利益的内涵入手,分析现实社会中的利益关系,从两个方面建立起对利益的度量指标体系,为新时期的利益发展与利益调整提出新的思考。

| Abstract: | The meaning of benefit is to seek good and happiness.In the early stage of economic development material benefit is determinant,and yet seeking spirit benefit is becoming the symbol of our times.However,in actual fact,benefit adjustment is still heavily focused on the dimension of material,while the spirit benefit adjustment has not been actively implemented.This paper analyzes the meaning and the relationship of benefit in reality and establish an index system which is to measure the benefit from the material and spirit dimensions.Meanwhile,ideas are provided about the development and adjustment of benefit in reality. |
