| Abstract: | People can choose different ways to take advantage of human resources which will realize their interest preference. But the choice will be affected and restrained by the institutional arrangement. The exclusivity and property right of labor force are of vital because they can effect the institutional arrangement of human resources. Therefore, it is important to deal with the transformation of property right and distinguish the property right of labor force. |
