学术期刊一稿多投现象再评

学界曾对学术论文一稿多投现象从概念定位、产生原因、作者心理、防范和处理措施等诸多方面进行过探讨。理性对待一稿多投的问题，应在完善法律保障的基础上提倡作者自律、媒体自律。作者应尊重读者、尊重刊物、尊重自己的作品，从努力提高文稿的学术水平来增加录用的可能性。编者应按规约回复作者，努力缩短审稿流程，通过期刊专业化、专业期刊联盟、建立统一投稿平台等途径减少和杜绝一稿多发的现象。

A Restudy of Multiple Submissions to Scholarly Journals

Scholars have explored the definition, causes, psychology, and preventive measures of the phenomenon of multiple submissions. The problem should be dealt with through self--discipline of authors and journals. Authors should respect readers, journals, and their own work, and raise chances of acceptance by raising the academic level of the writings. Editors should reply to writers according to regulations, shorten the reading and approval period, and prevent the phenomenon through journal professionalization, journal alliance, a unified submission platform, etc.
