摘    要:高校传统行政型教学管理及其思维范式的弊端暴露无遗,已经不适应时代进步和教育发展的要求,适应性思维范式将成为新时期高校教学管理的指导思想。教学管理适应性思维范式是一种强调适当分权、对外部环境和内部要素的变动采取灵活应变态度的一种思维方式,对我国高校当前和今后的教学管理改革有着许多重要的启示。

Abstract:The shortcomings of traditional administrative university teaching management and its thought pattern are so obvious that they can never meet the demands of the development of education and the progress of times.Applicable thought pattern of teaching management should be the guiding thought for modern university teaching management.It is one kind of thought pattern which emphasizes appropriate power division and flexible attitudes towards both inside factors and outside environment.It provides lots of important revelations to the reform of university teaching management.
