| 摘 要： | 团学关系特指高校团委和校学生会的关系。高校团委在工作定位上,必须正确处理好指导而非领导、督办而非代办、想在前面与站在后面等三大关系;在选拔学生干部环节上,应该做到任人唯贤、唯才、唯利(工作便利)等“三唯”,与任人不唯亲、不唯顺等“两不唯”;在使用学生会干部环节上,也须把握用人所长、用当其位、用人不疑、用人赏罚等“四用”原则。

| Abstract: | In orienting its work,the League committee of a college or university should draw a distinction between direction and leadership,between supervision snd substitution,etc.In selecting student cadres,the League committee should appoint them according to their quality and ability,not by favoritism.In using student union cadres, the League committee also should adhere to the principles of suitability,trust,inspiration,etc. |
