小水电项目效益显著,投资踊跃。但是随着竞争的加剧,环保措施不到位,对地方环境破坏明显,影响了当地居民的生产生活用水,造成了小水电社会形象不佳的尴尬局面。引入绿色管理的概念,以促进小水电和当地自然及社会环境的和谐发展,引入全寿命绿色管理的概念,以促进小水电在勘察施工及整个运营期健康快速发展。

The Application of Life - Cycle Green Management on Small - Scale Hydroelectric Stations

The small-scale hydroelectric stations receiving great profits attract numbers of investors.However,with the acceleration of competition and deficiency of measures for environmental protection,the damage to environment and effect on water supply for citizens' living and producing become more and more obvious.That's the reason why the small-scale hydroelectric stations have bad social images.This paper cites the concept of green management in order to promote the harmonious development both of the small scale hydroelectric stations and the local natural and social environments.Meanwhile,the concept of life-cycle green management has been introduced as to boost the small-scale hydroelectric stations both during the periods of constructing and maintaining.
