| Abstract: | With plentiful connotations,Liu Zongyuan's ideas of talents and human resources management is mainly embodied in the knowing,observation and assessment of people;the cultivation and training of people;the appointment of people and the votilization of human resources,etc.therefore,to inherit and develop these ideas is of great practical significance to the improvement of the quality of contemporary cadres,and even of the Chinese nation as a whole,and to the overall progress of the society. |
