| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the work experience of the 10-year comprehensive handling of public security in Beilun. It proposes five aspects of continuing work for the public security. They are: to protect political stability, to strictly control the evil, to strengthen grass-roots work,to promote creativity and to strengthen organization work. |
