企业知识传播障碍:理论研究与制度安排

在知识传播和利用的过程中,存在不少认识和方法上的问题,特别是组织战略以及与战略配套的相关制度保障的缺位,导致知识传播障碍的出现,从而影响了组织知识管理的效率和效益。从制度安排的角度提出解决知识传播障碍的思路,知识管理的成功必须建立在知识的创造、已有知识的集成和利用以及克服知识传播过程中的障碍三者之间平衡的基础之上。

The Obstacles in Corporations' Knowledge Diffusion: Theoretical Research and Institutional Arrangement

In the process of knowledge diffusion and knowledge application,there are some problems about understanding and method.Especially the absence of organizational strategies and the concerned institutional supports leads to the consequence of knowledge diffusion obstacles,which affect the efficiency and benefits of the organizational knowledge management.This article analyzes the knowledge diffusion obstacles from different aspects and brings forward the institutional arrangements.It concludes that the success of knowledge management must be based on the balance of the following three factors: knowledge creation,existing knowledge integration and application,and knowledge diffusion obstacles overcoming,and all these need supports and guarantees from the aspects of organizational strategy,culture,and structure,etc.
