对环境伦理何以存在的康德式考察

善恶是人类伦理情感经验的普遍范畴,凭借善恶之肯定与否定来总结、概括、整理人类生动、丰富、多样的情感经验而使伦理知识成为可能。人类的情感对象有两类,一类是关乎人类自身的,一类是关乎自然的。关乎人类自身情感的是一般伦理;关乎自然情感的则是环境伦理。对人类生存环境的善恶情感及其自觉是环境伦理的现实基础与可能的逻辑依据。对情感的理性考察与认知统一整合为意志,意志最终凝结为目的。外在于事物的意志目的渊源于事物内在的规律性目的。对人的内在目的的觉悟是一般伦理意志、伦理规范的来源,对自然内在目的的觉悟则是环境伦理意志、环境伦理规范的来源。

The Possibility of Environment Ethics' Existence by Kant's Method

Good and evil are the universal categories about human emotions by which our theory of ethics is formed.The emotions are divided into two.One is related to feeling experience itself,on which man has built ethics.The other is connected to the nature,on which we are building environment ethics.The emotions about the environment in which human lives are the realistic base on which environment ethics is developed.The rational review of emotions and the cognition of things integrate will,and the will focuses on aims.The wills of human and the aims of things are identical.The ethics tiptop rules are rooted in the order of human.The criterion of environment ethics is originated from the aims which are the inner rules hiding in nature and the various things consisting of nature.
