| 摘 要： | 地方新建本专科院校是我国地方高校的主体部分，由于刚刚由原来的专科和中专合并升格而建立，学科建设时间短、经验少，所以对学科与专业建设及其关系的理性认识欠缺是一种普遍现象。对此，地方新建本专科院校应充分认识学科建设的重要性，高度重视学科与专业建设的互补性，弄清学科与专业建设的内涵和任务，在专业建设的基础上，依托专业建设进行学科建设，走学科与专业建设一体化的发展道路，

| Abstract: | Newly-established local colleges are the main part of China's local colleges.As these schools have been formed by combining and upgrading former two or three-year colleges,there is no time and experience for them to construct disciplines and,as a result,lack of a rational understanding of discipline and specialty construction is a common phenomenon in such colleges.Therefore,importance of discipline construction should be fully understood;much weight attached to the mutual complement of discipline and specialty construction;the content and task of the construction clarified;and human,financial and material resources concentrated on both discipline and specialty construction. |
