| 摘 要： | 用人单位劳动规章制度是用人单位组织社会化劳动所必需的制度,我国目前关于这方面的立法甚少,在实践中引发了诸多问题。对此,应当借鉴其他国家和地区的相关立法经验,完善劳动规章制度立法,规范用人单位劳动规章制度的内容和制定程序。

In order to improve on this, it is necessary to stipulate the major contents and procedures of employer units' labor regulations, cashing in on the international experiences in this respect. |
