| 摘 要： | 连云港作为亚欧大陆桥东桥头堡 ,其特殊地位对连云港市及大陆桥沿线开放型经济的作用和影响较大 ,在分析其特殊地位的基础上 ,提出制定连云港陆桥经济发展战略 ,必须确立“以港兴市、依桥兴港、港桥互动”的发展思路 ,实施轴线辐射和梯度推移相结合的空间发展战略模式 ,同时 ,要加强发展极建设 ,将中心与陆桥外围相对接 ,实现东西大中城市互相联动 ,从而全面提升东桥头堡的综合竞争实力。
