| 摘 要： | 近年来我国接连发生数起重大的产品质量安全事件。其侵害范围之广、受害人数之多令人震惊。然而事件中众多的受侵害者却难以通过司法途径维权．经营者的违法行为得不到惩罚和遏制．本应成为应对大规模侵权事件有力武器的集团诉讼方式由于我国法律规定存在诸多不足而在实践中难以实行。我们迫切需要从国外相关制度中吸取精华．对我国的法律规定进行补充和完善。

| Abstract: | In recent years in China,there have happened several extremely serious product quality safety incidents,which have damaged many consumers.However,so many victims are hard to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests through legal procedure;illegal practice cannot deserve punishment and containment; group litigation is hard to carry out due to many limitations in Chinese legal system.We shall urgently draw essence from foreign legal systems to perfect the present legal provisions. |
