基于专家PID控制的双闭环调速系统仿真分析

摘    要:专家控制的实质是基于受控对象和控制规律的各种知识,并以智能方式利用这些知识来设计控制器,利用专家经验来设计PID参数构成专家PID控制。本文对韶关钢铁集团有限公司炼轧厂第18#机架调速系统进行了研究,认为专家PID构成双闭环调速系统的控制器具有自整定功能,可以全面提高系统的暂态性能。

Abstract:Experts PID control is to design controller based on the knowledge of the controlled target and law of controlling,and design PID parameter by experts experiences. By studying the No.18 framework speed system of shaoguan steel comporation,we conclude that the double closed loop speed system is self-tuning and can promote temporary attitude performance of the system in an all-round way.
