摘    要:如何更全面地了解学生,发现每个学生的独特性,并通过教学与评价促进学生在原有基础上的发展,是新课程实施中每一位教师必须思考和研究的问题。教师必须将学生看成是有个性的学习者,承认差异、尊重差异、善待差异,使每一位学生都能得到充分的发展。

Abstract:How to understand the student comprehensively,discover that each student's distinctive quality, and promote the student's development through the teaching and the appraisal,is the new curriculum imple- ments-the question which each teacher must consider and study.The teacher must regard the student as the in- dividuality learner,acknowledging the differences,respecting the differences,kindly treating the differences, so that every student can be fully developed.
