| 摘 要： | 如何更全面地了解学生，发现每个学生的独特性，并通过教学与评价促进学生在原有基础上的发展，是新课程实施中每一位教师必须思考和研究的问题。教师必须将学生看成是有个性的学习者，承认差异、尊重差异、善待差异，使每一位学生都能得到充分的发展。
