| Abstract: | Just as the practice of opening up China's west region, "Going Out" Is a crucial strategic policy adopted by Chinese government under the new situation. This move conforms with the trend of global economization. The practice of this policy will enable China to cope with the challenge which she will face after her entry into World Trade Organization and it also is a new measure taken in the new period of China's cpuing to the outside world. |
