论日本战后天皇制的形成

战后初期美国占领军总部在军事、政治、经济、教育及文化等各个领域对天皇制进行了改造,旨在建立起最有助于实践美国占领政策的政治秩序。《日本国宪法》的公布,标志着绝对主义天皇制的瓦解和战后天皇制的形成。虽然《日本国宪法》中对于天皇和天皇制的规定,较之战前的《明治宪法》出现了质的变化,但是制宪指导思想上的矛盾,必然决定了《日本国宪法》的局限性。
