摘    要:随着“应试教育”体制弊端日益明显的同时,将“素质教育”方针落实于高等教育实践中成为当代教育体制改革的一大主题。根据管理学科综合性、边缘性特点,跨学科的学习内容、自主开放的探究式学习方式和表现型的评价方式将成为符合管理类本科生培养定位要求的新型教育方法,而自主选课学分制、导师责任制和学校、社会双向表现型评价方式是能够将新型教育方法落实到实践中去的有效途径。

Abstract:As the disadvantage of examination-oriented education system become increasingly apparent,the enforcement of policy of quality-oriented education has become one of the important subjects in the systematic innovation of today.Because management science is a comprehensive and frontier science,research-based learning method and performance-based evaluating method will become the new methods to educate the undergraduates majoring in management science.The credit system based on choosing courses by students themselves,the responsibility of advisor and the double evaluating method from both school and society are the effective approaches to enfore the new teaching method.
