高校辅导员队伍建设的激励管理思考

针对目前高校辅导员激励管理中存在成就感低、能力提升慢、稳定性差和凝聚力低等主要问题，在分析辅导员基本需求的基础上，提出了辅导员激励管理措施：引入民主参与机制，激励个性化发展；注重职业生涯规划管理，满足自我实现需要；完善组织管理制度，激发公平竞争意识；营造和谐环境，体现人文关怀，从而激发辅导员队伍的活力，实现高校思想政治教育目标。
