| 摘 要： | 信息伦理作为反映人们信息交往规律和个体信息道德规范的理论形态,必须构建合理的理论体系,将逻辑结构与价值追求统一起来。本文结合信息时代人类社会交往的特点和现实要求,从理论表达、实践运用和人格塑造等不同层面,提出了信息伦理的体系结构,并分析了该体系的认识、调节和教育的功能。

| Abstract: | As a theoretical entity which reflects the basic law of information exchanging and the(individual) information morality,information ethical system must consist of a set of proper theories that can unify logical construction and value pursuit.Based on communicating characteristics of information society and the realistic demands,the paper addresses the structure of information ethical(system) from a variety of respects,such as theoretical expression,practical application and personality shaping.The author also analyses the function of information ethics that can also be classified into three categories: discovering function,adjusting function and educational function. |
