| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高校设置研究生助研岗位现状和存在的问题的分析，文章指出顺利设置助研岗位并达到设岗的根本目的，国家层面上需要综合协调科研经费的配置，学校层面需要做好规章制度的保障，指导教师要时刻铭记培养人才的重任，研究生要端正科研态度，理智客观地对待助研工作。

| Abstract: | Some problems are pointed out based on the analysis of the current situation of setting up graduate RA jobs in Chinese universities. In order to set up graduate RA jobs successfully, some joint-efforts are needed. Research funds should be allocated comprehensively on national level and rules and regulations should be guaranteed on school level. Meanwhile, tutors should engrave training successors on their minds and graduates should take a correct attitude towards research work and treat RA jobs objectively. |
