凉山彝族婚改内容解析——兼论传统文化与现代国家的互动

传统婚姻是传统社会制度的基础和核心。 2 0世纪 50— 70年代凉山婚改的实质是国家以政治方式从传统的等级家支组织中剥离和解放个人。但凉山的传统婚姻制度是对当地的自然与文化长期适应的结果 ,且婚改文件中阶级斗争话语与凉山彝族的等级血统论同构 ,故使婚改失败。改革开放有助于实现凉山彝族社会的巨大变迁 ,包括婚改预期目的的实现 ,同时提醒我们在现代化的过程中 ,必须尊重各民族文化的价值和主体性 ,重视传统文化对现代化的兼容能力。

On Liangshan Ethnic Yis' Marriage Reform

Traditional marriage was the basis and core of the traditional social system.The marriage reform in the Liangshan Mountain areas was in essence to separate and set individuals free from traditional clan organization by the government in a political way.Nevertheless,Lingshan Yis'traditional marriage was the outcome of the mutual adaptation of local natural conditions and culture.The Liangshan marriage reform during the 50s|70s failed because it undermined the value of traditional cultwer.Now the reform and opening|up policies would help to bring about great social changes in the Liangshan areas,including the goals of marriage reform.
