试论中央民族大学体育系办学发展方向

通过对中央民族大学体育系学生生源、就业方向、培养目标、课程设置、办学条件的调查和论证 ,阐明了体育系今后的发展方向。建议学校加强体育系师资的建设 ,加强体育系与校内外有关单位的联系 ,加强少数民族传统体育项目的开发和研究。

On the Developmental Orientation of Physical Education Department of the Central University for Nationalities

Through an investigation of the sources of students,their employment,training objective,establishement of sports courses,and conditions for running the sports department,the paper asserts that to run the Physical Education Department is possible for our university.It gives an account of the developmental orientation of the Sports Department,and suggests that the University leaders enhance the training of sports teachers,enhance the relations between the Sports Department with other institutes inside and outside of the University,and enhance the study and exploitation of traditional sports items of ethnic minorities.
