| 摘 要： | 甘南藏区是甘肃畜牧业生产的重要基地 ,为了使藏区的自然资源得到合理开发和利用 ,加快藏区牧业经济现代化的步伐 ,首先应从根本上更新人们的传统观念 ,解放思想 ,依靠科技 ,大力发展现代畜牧业。其次 ,应以畜牧业生产为中心 ,开展多种经营 ,发展民族经济。同时 ,大力开发旅游业 ,把它作为发展地区经济的重要产业。
