| 摘 要： | 针对国内外高速公路建设项目质量问题的现状,结合高速公路的特性,提出了高速公路建设项目质量卓越绩效的概念,并给出其内涵,分析了影响质量卓越绩效形成的动力系统,从该动力系统中不同动力因素各自利益诉求的角度出发,对高速公路建设项目质量卓越绩效形成的动力传导机制进行逐一分析,以达到顺利实现质量目标的目的。最后对高速公路建设项目质量卓越绩效的形成做了一些现实意义的探讨。

| Abstract: | For the status quo of highway construction project quality problems at home and abroad,in combination with the characteristics of the highway,this article puts forward the conception of the quality excellent performance of highway construction projects,and gives its connotation,with analyses of the dynamical system that affect the formation of quality performance excellence.From the point of view of different role’s interests and needs,the power transmission mechanism of the formation of quality performance excellence one by one is analyzed,with control of the formation of quality performance excellence,to achieve the smooth realization of quality targets.Finally,it discusses about the formation of quality performance excellence of highway construction projects. |
